Article 1 – Reservation contract
All reservations must be confirmed in writing (fax or email bearing signature) and accompanied by a deposit of 70 % with a minimum of one night per room reserved.
The duration (as well as the number of people) must be respected and, in the event of a shortened stay, the price will remain due without the possibility of reimbursement.
The balance of the price, as well as the services, must be paid on the agreed departure day.
Table d'hôte dining is only permitted upon prior reservation.
Animals may be admitted upon prior request and commitment to guarantee any possible disorder.
Article 2nd – Cancellation
The customer must take out a cancellation insurance policy personally, remembering that these guarantees are generally included in the bank cardholder contract.
The reservation is non-cancellable in sentence 2, therefore the deposit will be retained.
Article 3 – Departure and arrival times
For organizational reasons, rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 12 p.m.
Naturally, these times can be adapted on request and subject to sufficient time to best prepare the rooms.
The common areas can be used for any waiting time before the rooms are made available or after they are vacated, to allow you to enjoy your stay.
