Detailed program:

Day 1 – Marrakech → Ait Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley

Depart early in the morning from Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2260 m). Panoramic photo stop and guided tour of the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Ouarzazate, nicknamed the Hollywood of Africa, then drive through the Valley of Roses. Arrive in the Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay in a charming riad or hotel.

Day 2 – Dades Valley → Todra Gorges → Erfoud → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)

After breakfast, drive to the spectacular Todra Gorge, a popular site for climbers. We continue through Berber villages and the town of Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marble. Arrive in Merzouga, gateway to the desert, where a camel caravan will take you to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a magical sunset before a typical dinner accompanied by Berber entertainment. Overnight in a tent at a luxury camp in the heart of the Sahara.

Day 3 – Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate → Marrakech

Wake up early to admire the sunrise over the dunes. Enjoy breakfast and return by 4x4 or camel. Your driver will then drive you through the magnificent Draa Valley, renowned for its palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Stop for lunch in Ouarzazate before heading back to the High Atlas Mountains for a return to Marrakech in the evening.
